Jim Dorricott Construction is a well established civil engineering company which has traded successfully for over 20 years. Operating from our base near Shrewsbury, we carry out civils work involved in the infastructure for commercial developments, alternate energy schemes, the water industry and for other organisations such as The National Trust.

With an experienced work force in excess of 25 employees and our own plant fleet, we have the flexibility to carry out projects ranging in value from a few thousand pounds to a million plus. Over the years we have built up a reputation for good management and a high standard of workmanship. This has resulted in the company now obtaining most of its work through repeat orders from satisfied clients.

All our workforce recieve health and safety training on an ongoing basis with the majority of employees having now achieved CSCS/CPCS certification. We are members of the CITB, H & G Construction Safety Association and receive health and safety training through the Train to Gain initiative.
